ASSOCIATE

 

Lenka has been working in our law firm since 2021, when she started as a legal assistant in addition to her studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava. From May 2023, after successfully completing her studies, she continues as an associate.

 

Lenka focuses on real estate law in the entire process of contract documentation preparation, communication with authorities (cadastral department of the district office, environment department of the district office, construction office, etc.), preparation of proposals and other legal submissions. She also deals with the area of food law.

 

She also has experience in the field of company law and the related preparation of corporate documentation, including preparation of proposals to the relevant authorities
