LEGAL ASSISTANT

 

Nikola is our legal assistant, She studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava and joined the team of our law firm in February 2023.

 

She focuses on the law of commercial companies in the entire process of their life cycle, from incorporation to erasure from the commercial register. Her field of activity includes the preparation of proposals for the Commercial Register, the management of the file agenda of individual disputes, as well as communication with courts and other state administration bodies. She also has experience in debt collection.
