ASSOCIATE

Iveta is one of our newest members and has been working in our law firm since March 2023.

She specializes in corporate law, real estate law (transfers, leases, construction law), M&A, and last but not least, insolvency law, which she had the opportunity to practice in her previous position at another law firm. At the same time, Iveta also deals with the litigation agenda, mainly in commercial and civil law.

Before joining our law firm, Iveta worked as a corporate lawyer in a multinational company specializing in retail and wholesale of electronics, where she gained valuable experience in contract law, labor law, personal data protection, and also dealt with negotiations with employee representatives and whistleblowing.

She actively communicates in English and German.
