Natália has been working in our law firm since 2016.

 

She specializes in the field of commercial obligation law, company law, including the provision of comprehensive legal services for the establishment of companies, management of the corporate agenda and erasure of companies, in the field of financial mediation law, while he applies her creativity most in the field of labor law.

 

For the stated purposes, she is dedicated to the creation (drafting) of various contracts and legal filings, legal analyses and due diligence based on the client's requirements and provides a comprehensive legal service in the field of labor law, including the preparation of labor law and HR documentation, the provision of legal advice and participation in the resolution of labor law disputes .

 

She also has experience in debt collection, food law and intellectual property law.

 

She actively communicates in English and Hungarian.
