JUDr. Jana Peschlová, LLM.
As a lawyer, she specializes in the field of commercial and financial law, focusing primarily on the field of company law, transaction law, and financial mediation law. In addition to the above, Jana is dedicated to the development of complex legal analyses and the preparation of contracts of a diverse nature upon client requirements.
During her career, she was the main legal advisor in acquisitions, mergers and sales of company assets with a total transaction value exceeding 300 million €.
Within the framework of practice during many years, one of the key areas of her activity has become the issue of electronic communications, telecommunications, as well as the field of insurance law.
Under the leadership of Jana Peschlova and her professional supervision, the lawyers of our law firm also provide legal services in the field of personal data protection, specializing in particular in evaluation the current position of the client in compliance with legal requirements and subsequent preparation of complex documentation and harmonization of company processes in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
She actively communicates in English.
